Mission Statement: Coaching the Global Village utilizes professional coaching techniques to empower communities around the world to develop sustainable solutions for pressing human and societal needs.

Patrick Williams, Ed.D., MCC is the Founder and President of The Institute for Life Coach Training. Also a worldwide speaker and trainer, co-author of four books, and contributor to numerous publications; Pat is the recipient of Global Visionary Fellowship from the Foundation of Coaching. for his Coaching the Global Village project. More.   Guadalupe González has over 10 years experience serving in the nonprofit section of various New York City organizations. She is Director of Advocacy and Public Policy for the Hispanic Federation in NYC which advocates on behalf of its nearly 100 member agencies from New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. More.   Ann Raisch r eceived her J.D. degree from the University of Colorado; served as the Boulder County Attorney from 1978 until 1986; one of the founders and long-term board members of the Shining Mountain Waldorf School in Boulder CO; active in non-profit work and served as the Chair of the Management Committee for the Colorado Bar Association. M. Parker Anderson is president and founder of The Anderson Advantage Group (TAAG). She has coached or facilitated teams at the U.S. Library of Congress, World Bank Group, U.S. Department of the Navy and Army, and the U.S. Department of Commerce as well as being the Coach for the United Nations’ Young World Leaders’ Conference. More...   Rachel Lane has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Tampa, and since 2005, has been the co-owner of LL Financial Group/FNIC, an independent, fee-based comprehensive planning firm in Loveland, CO. She is the board treasurer of the Downtown Loveland Association and a member of the Northern Colorado Coaches Alliance. More.   Susan Shirley earned her MBA from the University of Bristol, England. She is a Certified Professional Coach and a partner in an Executive Leadership Coaching and Consulting firm, with over 30 years of seasoned experience primarily in the nonprofit sector.
Susie Briscoe is a strategic and lateral thinker using her coaching, organizational and interpersonal skills in the corporate, educational, health and charity environment. She is currently a Trustee of 4 UK Charities (Battersea Dogs’ & Cats’ Home; Church Housing Trust; and the one she founded:  Acer Foundation for Global Education & Welfare. More.   Fred Meinke is the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Coaching Services International. He holds a BA from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Columbia University. After more than thirty years on Wall Street as a financial analyst and portfolio manager, Fred retired from the investment business and began a new career as an executive coach. More.   Marvin F. Cook, Ph.D. is recently retired from Boston University, where he held multiple leadership roles at Boston University. Dr. Cook worked with the MITRE Corporation and Center for Naval Analysis, and was appointed by three governors to serve Massachusetts on the Governor's Advisory Committee on Information Technology. Julia Eziashi holds an MBA in International Business from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chausses (Paris, France) and an MSC in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the London School of Economics (London, England). She is also a Human Resources Senior Professional who has worked in Europe, Africa, USA and the Caribbean.. He collaborates with the Newfield Network as a Program Coach and Client Relations Consultant.
