a coaching and organizational
consulting firm which partners

in the areas of: organization
development, executive coaching,

and leadership development.
Ms. Frederick has over ten years
of organizational experience and
expertise in International affairs.
Her clients are managers and leaders
in public and private sector organizations
including: small businesses to
Fortune 100 companies, the United
Nations, NGOs, and individuals
in career and life transitions.
She has lived and worked in the
United States, Argentina, Brazil, & Chile,
and speaks English and Spanish.
Her combined training and experience
in Executive Coaching, International
Affairs, Management, and Organizational
Development is an asset to global
organizations.
Ms. Frederick has a solid history
of producing results. In 2006,
she consulted with the UN Development
Program to create a strategic
plan for a $3M economic empowerment
program spanning 12 countries
in Southeast Asia. She has trained
managers and leaders in coaching
skills to improve organizational
learning and the bottom line.
She has helped other clients launch
new business ventures, create
a work life balance, hone in on
their strengths and purpose, and
move into satisfying careers.
April received her MA from Columbia
University in International
Management and Organizational
Psychology and completed training
and certification as a Personal
and Executive Coach with Results
Coaching Systems.
