Mary Grill
Mary Grill is a certified coach, trainer, and facilitator
with WPM Strategies (www.wpmstrategies.com),
an organization that will help you trust your WISDOM,
embrace your POWER, and ignite your MOTIVATION. She
works with individuals, businesses, and nonprofit
organizations that want to gain clarity, create bold
changes, and stay committed to their vision and purpose. She
also engages with those who want to enhance their
capacity to serve while living a balanced life.
She is a skilled trainer and facilitator and has
developed and presented a variety of workshops, the
most popular being Surviving and Thriving in the Workplace,
Creating a Culture of Candor, Rediscovering and Engaging
Your Passion, and Revitalizing the Heart that Serves. She
leads staff and board retreats, facilitates strategic
planning, and is an expert at developing training
to meet the needs of her clients.
She has been a nonprofit professional for more than
20 years and currently also works part-time at the
Michigan Fitness Foundation with the Safe Routes to
School program. Her past experience includes
being director of communication at the Michigan Community
Service Commission, vice president and COO of the
Michigan Nonprofit Association, executive director
of the Grand Rapids Service Corps (AmeriCorps), development
director with Catholic Social Services, and physical
and executive director with the YMCA.
Mary also has solid corporate experience where she
was a sales representative and promotions manager
for Reebok and a sales representative for Abbott Laboratories.
She is a member of the International Coach Federation
and the Professional Coaches Association of Michigan. She
is a member of the Coaching the Global Village consultants
team and is working to bring “the coach approach” to
nonprofit organizations and NGOs worldwide.
She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University
of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio, and received her coaching
certification from the Coaches Training Institute in
San Rafael, California. She and her husband, Paul, who
is a full-time farmer, live northeast of Lansing, Michigan. |
